![]() ![]() I know it sounds like those 2 sentences are mutually exclusive, but they're not, you can only assume someone would follow the meta, not be certain of it. BFG2 Has 2 main paths it draws from, the content (stats, ships, resources) and local folder (customfleets, saves files, settings). It removes the ability to know and properly try to counter a fleet, and it also ends up getting a meta where specific upgrades are the best ones to use anyway. Make sure your ships are in the nebula and that they are spread out just enough that if they need to turn in a complete circle they can without hitting another ship. It'd be like playing LoL or Dota where you can customize the characters abilities by swapping them with another character that isn't in the match.Ĭustomization is something that is fine in a singleplayer campaign setting, but not in a multiplayer competitve setting. It doesn't help gameplay when you don't know what something will do. And when you eventually learn the ships, you will know exactly what a ship is capable of doing (outside of the active skills and upgrades the player can pick). Just make sure to do the side missions and youll get your titan :) SYLOH 4 yr. However, I wont spoil the specifics of that mission for you. ![]() The current method of multiplayer is great. If you are playing Battlefleet Gothic Armada 2, there is a mission where you do get a titan as the imperials. Whereas now you have to actually decide where and when you wanna probe because you only get 1. Imperium obviously cant capture chaos ships, but the other way round is lore-friendly. The ability to customize ships in armada 1 basically deleted stealth since back then your entire fleet could spam scan probes. Fluffwise, Chaos will capture imperial ships but the Imperium will execute anyone that tries to use a chaos ship (exept the Inquisition itself, but thats another story).
